We built FlowUp to remove the roadblocks marketers and sales teams face in their lead nurturing efforts. Many years of experience, trials, errors, failures, and innovations have led us to this moment — the official launch of FlowUp!
FlowUp helps sales teams convert more leads with less effort.
But FlowUp didn’t happen overnight. Here’s how we got to where we are now.
Our Journey: LeadsRain to FlowUp
It all started more than a decade ago, when Jay Thakkar, Founder & CEO, LeadsRain and FlowUp and his team provided customers with in-house call center solutions. Here, we helped improve communications between companies and customers, but ran into complicated server setup and hardware issues.
We soon realized the solution was in the cloud.
Cloud-based call centers reduce costs and improve ROI, while eliminating complications that come from hardware and infrastructure installation. We learned a lot from this experience, which led us to develop LeadsRain.
LeadsRain is a cloud-based contact center solution for sales and marketing teams. Through it, we were able to develop key features that help marketers enhance their lead generation efforts. LeadsRain offers a Cloud-based Predictive Dialer, Ringless Voicemail, Voice Broadcast and Rich Text Messages.
We’ve happily helped our customers generate more leads, increase efficiency, and grow their businesses using LeadsRain over the last seven years.
However, we didn’t feel satisfied to stop there. We are a team of innovators that never settles with “good” or even “great.” We always strive to focus our efforts forward to grow, improve, and be better.
The Path to Improvement
At LeadsRain, we noticed our customers focused their efforts on only one channel at a time. They engaged with leads via text or voice, but not both. They launched campaigns manually. They generated excellent results — but we knew they could be better.
Over the years at LeadsRain, we noticed a few roadblocks. First, was having to switch platforms between outreach channels. Another, was sending messages manually. Lastly, managing multiple servers was an issue. We needed another way.
Then, two years ago, the idea struck: One platform. Multiple channels. Automated workflows.
The goal of this new platform was to remove every wall and limitation our users encountered with LeadsRain. We wanted to provide a better user experience and a more effective customer journey. After much trial and error, we built FlowUp.
FlowUp – A New Solution
FlowUp is an all-in-one communication platform that allows users to engage with prospects across multiple voice and text channels through automated workflows. Workflows are based on custom strategies that have multiple triggers and corresponding actions. You can create custom messages, designate time intervals between touchpoints, schedule communication based on time zones, and so much more. It includes clear tracking and reporting so you can identify and optimize what’s working.
FlowUp was developed with a serverless architecture, so outages, hacks, and breaches are not a concern. Our users’ data stays secure and private and is backed by the industry-leading standards of AWS.
A lot of experience, and a lot of hard work went into developing FlowUp, and we are thrilled to unveil our new platform and welcome users to it.
We believe lead nurturing and sales is most effective when you adopt an omnichannel, umbrella effect. Every touchpoint counts, and the more you create, the more likely you are to close a sale.
Common Lead Nurturing Roadblocks FlowUp Combats
1. Time and effort
Chasing and following up with leads is a timely process. It takes a lot of manual effort to call, track, message, keep up with status, and try different outreach strategies. With FlowUp, that work is frontloaded. You craft a follow-up strategy, and FlowUp sets it into motion automatically.
2. Lead responsiveness
What sales representative has never struggled to get a response back from their lead? Often, leads’ responsiveness and open rates are abysmal. We developed FlowUp to work across multiple channels that leads check most often, such as SMS and MMS.
3. Juggling multiple platforms
From CRMs to email platforms, marketers have many important tools in their technology stacks. It’s easy for details to get lost in the shuffle, or to waste time on data entry updating information from one platform to another. FlowUp integrates with any CRM and contains a webhook that shares updated information in real-time between tools.
